Facility Care employs two area managers and one assistant manager. Each is responsible for quality audits in the evenings of all accounts on a random basis. If a problem is discovered with the cleaning or equipment, the manager fixes the problem, counsels the cleaner and reports the problem in writing to the home office.
A follow up is done a few days earlier.
We would much rather our managers inform us of a problem before or instead of our valued clients.
We have been contacted for Janitorial service bids Tahlequah and Muskogee, Oklahoma. We have had a small presence in those areas for quite some time. To better serve our valued clients in those areas, we will be opening a small office in Tahlequah by October 1,2018. All calls will be answered in Oklahoma City just as the towns near Ada and Duncan Oklahoma are presently answered.

We offer our janitorial services to many nation wide contractors who sub contrct their local janitorial contracts to us for local representation. They have the contract to provide a janitorial service for the facilities in many regions. We provide these service for them in their name.
This system is very popular for many large companies who want service provided for them in many states. In this way, they only have one contact to discuss problems with; while we respond to the concerns through our national contact.
This blog is to compliment all the banking facilities we clean. They are all well maintained by the facility manager with the clients safety and satisfaction in mind. The best carpets and slip free floor covering is being used. Restroom are being cleaned by us while the very newest towel dispensers, soap dispensers and tissue dispenders are being used. All are demanding five to six days a week janitorial service for their facilities in order to provide their clients the very best of service.
We have a client who is having to watch his cash flow. Usually we buff their floors weekly to remove scuffs but they cannot afford this frequency. I reminded the new crew about an old scuff removel system. They knew nothing about it.
Placing a new tennis ball on the end of a mop stick and rubbing it on the scuffs works well and there is no charge. Good for a short term fix.
I learned this day one in Building maintenance: if you just put a tennis ball on the end of a mop stick, you can remove most floor scuffs. Just rub the scuff with the tennis ball. This is a great janitorial tip.

Recently we have done a great deal of various floor work. Just this past week we have stripped and waxed 75000 sf of vinyl tile, Cleaned over 12000 sf of commercial grade carpet and sealed concrete and brick pavers in excess of 20,000 sf. Another busy week this week and next.
When our accountand suggested we ask our clients to electronically credit our accounts vs sending a check for services life became much easier. We no longer have to wait on the postal service delivering our payments. Fast and easy. We even offered a discount to our clients to use this system.
We use micro fiber mops and rags extensively in our business. They last much longer, clean with less chemicals and do not leave streaks on glass.
Many of todays buildings have entry ways where the surface is a brick paver, concrete or another type of rough surface. The client wants it to look like its been waxed, but yet you cannot wax it. As professional janitorial services, we recommend a product called Plaza that is great for these applications. It's easily applied and maintained. Call us for your special needs janitorial services.
Many of our older buildings have paper towel dispensers and the owners do not want an upgrade to roll towel dispensers. The older dispensers were designed of a C-fold style towel vs a multi-fold towel type. A simple insert can be installed very easily into the base of the dispenser, making it available for multi-fold style. Multi-fold towels are usually cheaper and more available than the c-fold type.
Many of our accounts require nightly floor cleaning. This includes removal of minor scuffs on their vinyl tile floors. Many years ago I learned that by simply putting a tennis ball on the end of the mop stick (wet of dry) and simply rubbing the scuff it would come up.

In one of our valued client's properties, they have a bit of a challenge with all of their towel dispensers. Now, at first thought, this doesn't seem very important - until you need a fresh, clean towel!
So, here's the problem:
This dispenser is really a nifty, new model dispenser but requires more battery power. The towel dispenser is capable of holding a partial and a full roll. However, there are questions about the operation of the dispenser by the client. With one roll, the dispenser is always running out of towels. This annoys the people needing a towel if it's empty. With two rolls, it uses a bit more batteries.
Our Solution:
We liason with our people at the company to help them find a workable solution for the towel dispenser and their needs. Always keeping in mind the value of each person we talk with. We presented a few solutions for them to review. Once they make their decision, they'll tell us and we'll implement that.
